How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Drunkbalance Plumbing wants every homeowner to get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Drunkbalance Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Drunkbalance Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@drunkbalance.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Disagree
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
